Gwen Hanrath succeeds Ivo Hulscher as managing director of Noise
Gwen Hanrath succeeds Ivo Hulscher as managing director of Noise. Ivo will focus fully on his role at Only, where he will be responsible for the network's twelve Dutch agencies. Gwen officially starts as managing director of Noise on 1 October. She has worked at the agency since 2019, joining as client services director, and is currently commercial and operations director. She previously worked at Publicis, JWT and FHV, among others, and is a co-founder of Mensch.
As managing director, Gwen Hanrath will be responsible for the further development of Noise and its team of around seventy people. The agency focuses on behavioural strategy, and its clients include Statiegeld Nederland, Nestlé, the Dutch government and the KNVB.
The right moment

Ivo Hulscher co-founded Noise and served as its managing director. The agency joined Only in 2023. As country lead for the Netherlands, he will be the sparring partner to the managing directors of the network's twelve Dutch agencies.
