Together with DartDesign, Vopak developed Helping the World Flow Forward: a strategic positioning framework connecting purpose, direction and future relevance. It clarified Vopak’s evolving role in the energy system and translated that shift into a coherent value-creation logic.
The narrative became the foundation for broader transformation: a refreshed brand identity, leadership communication and formats for global leadership events. External expressions such as investor communication and reporting followed not as a starting point, but as a consequence of strategic clarity.
